Feature Article – Plug in For Muscle Growth by Steve JonesLearn how to unleash your true muscle building potential.
Interesting title right? I bet I had you thinking this was some kind of new muscle building device that connects to your biceps and stimulates easy muscle! No, no…that’s already been invented by some scammer selling it across TV shopping networks, to con the lazy folks.
What I am going to discuss and explain in this article is the skill of plugging in your mind to your muscle, making a true connection to really unleash some honest muscle gains, and overall results from your gym workouts. This technique does not require any fancy gadgets, new apps, or mobile phone. In fact please leave your mobile phone in your gym bag that’s one of my pet hates. Phones in gyms! So before you read the rest of this article make sure your phone stays put in your gym bag before any workout you do.
Many folk are puzzled to why some people get great results from working out where others never seem to change! Why is this? The uneducated or excuse-makers will lay blame on either “luck” or “Steroids”. Both could not be further from the truth and the answer is right before most people’s eyes but often the most obvious answers become obscured because of the constant search for the magic bullet!
Is there an easier way to build a great physique? Not necessarily, but there is a smarter way! Over the years I have developed a keen eye for potential and predicting future growth and potential in any athlete merely by watching the way they train! That’s right, I can determine if someone is actually going to get results just by eye-balling their workout technique.
You know what the biggest reason why most gym goers never experience any significant results from their workouts? Plain and simple….They “Just” lift weights.
I hear you say, well isn’t that what we are suppose to do?
NO, and it’s a big no. If just lifting weights was the answer, everyone that goes to the gym would look amazing. Let me state before I go into detail, I am talking training in this article, nutrition is obviously a very important element but if the stimulus is not there no amount of good nutrition will make muscles grow. So I want to touch purely on the training side here and will discuss nutrition in another article in the future.
