Rede Frisby features in Australian Natural Bodz Magazine Volume 3 issue 1 as a Star Profile athlete.

Born in Invergargill in the South Island of New Zealand, 29 year old Personal Trainer Rede Frisby recently captured 1st place in the mens under 70 kilo category at the 2010 ANB Asia Pacific International .

Bodybuilding is about developing the perfect physique not solely adding ridiculous lumps of muscle on a few body parts.  Symmetry and aesthetics is what the essence of the sport and lifestyle is all about and our good friend Rede from across the Tasman is certainly a prime example of what this sport is all about.
