Dave Bergwerf began his journey into the world of weight training at 9 years of age. He has built himself an impressive physique over his years of training and now runs his own successful personal training business based in Sydney Australia.

Dave has also appeared in numerous National print and TV commercials making him one of Australia’s most successful Fitness Models. He competed in the 2010 Fitness America Weekend in Las Vegas and placed 3rd in a line up of over 80 of the worlds top Fitness Models.
