Forty one year old Deputy Principal, Fitness Instructor and mother of three Lisa Cutter looks amazing and is the perfect example of what can be achieved through the Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Lifestyle even while juggling  two jobs and a family! Lisa has in fact competed successfully in both Figure and Physique categories although she has her sights set of some major titles in the physique category in 2012. Lisa has been kind enough to share her journey and some of her secrets  she uses to get into such incredible shape. And yes, muscles do look great on women – Lisa is living proof!
