Check the form on Kwame Duah…. At 19 years of age he has won virtually every teenage bodybuilding category there is to win and in many cases taking out the Overall title as well. He began his journey into weights only 3 short years ago after taking part in a number of different sports. He has certainly found his calling with bodybuilding and we were lucky enough to catch up with Kwame to ask him a few questions on diet, training and his future goals in the fitness industry.

Latest News: Kwame captured  first place in the Junior Mens Category at the recent Musclemania World event held in Las Vegas. A big congratulations  to this incredible athlete, no doubt we can expect to see many more victories in the near future from this young man.
