Eley May Star Profile

Figure Sensation Eley May of Victoria features in Australian Natural Bodz Magazine Volume 6 issue 2 as a Star Profile Athlete.

Melbourne born professional dance instructor Eley May is shaking up the world of Figure Competitions in the same fashion as she has the world of dance.

At the age of five her parents put her into Rhythmic Gymnastics classes. Not knowing that one day she would become a very competitive dancer at a national and international level.
Performing on stage had become a part of who she was.

After High school she moved straight into a full time dance performance course which allowed her to dance all day everyday for three and a half years.

In December 2011 her brother Chris (who is a personal trainer) suggested that she try training with weights. As soon as she hit the gym she was hooked and decided to make her first stage debut at the 2013 ANB Asia
Pacific International in the Figure Class.

It turned out to be much more than a debut as Eley captured both the Novice Tall Figure Class and the Open Tall Figure Class! To add icing to the cake she received a phone call advising that she had been selected to join the Natural Bodz Team and travel to Las Vegas to compete in the 2013 Musclemania/Fitness America Weekend.
