Cover Models Ellen Lai Costa and Shawn Vlcek

Volume 5 Issue 6 of Australian Natural Bodz Magazine features two incredible athletes whose images were captured at the Natural Bodz Media Day at the 2013 ANB Asia Pacific Championships held in June on Queensland’s Gold Coast. The stunning Brazilian born Ellen Lai Costa traveled all the way from her current residence in Hong Kong to take part in the show where she placed 2nd in the Open Model Tall Class.
Ellen is a professional dancer, model, yoga instructor and personal trainer and has worked on numerous campaigns globally. She enjoys all the aspects of the health and fitness lifestyle and sharing her knowledge to motivate others to make lifestyle changes. Ellen has her eyes set on the Musclemania Australia show to be held in Surfers Paradise in Queensland and will no doubt be a formidable competitor in the modeling and bikini categories.

Our male Cover Model Shawn Vlcek started his journey into the world of health and fitness as one of Australia’s top Taekwondo champions. He represented Australia a number of times achieving top honors in his categories.
His first debut to the bodybuilding stage was back in 2008 where he captured a Junior Mr Brisbane title. He is looking to make his mark in the world of Fitness Modeling in 2013 with his eyes set on the Musclemania Australia titles to be held on Queensland’s Gold Coast in October. Blessed with good looks and a well balanced physique he will no doubt be a major threat in his chosen category.
